I came across a striking photograph of the Penarth Yacht Club getting ready for action on a sunny Autumn morning. Friends of mine who live in Penarth gave me permission to use it as a reference for a painting. Every painting presents a challenge and this one was no exception but in the end, I’m proud to add to my collection.
