The expanse of firm golden sand is revealed at low tide and it is all down to timing to capture this beautiful setting. It’s west-facing bay is one of Pembrokeshire’s most popular spots for bathing and windsurfing and it is no wonder. Capturing the right lighting conditions provided a spectacular scene for the coastal slopes and cliff tops to view the riches of the wildflowers and in places the red of the Old Red Sandstone is brightly streaked with yellow algae.
